Start by clearing out your area of installation. Measure the width and length of the area of building installation. Be sure to measure accurately before moving forward with your building process.

The height of the building is measured by sidewall height, being the space between the baserail and the truss.

1. Contact your local building department for any permit requirements.
2. Call 811 to have any underground utility lines marked to prevent any damage.
3. Foundation must be level.
4. Site must have a 5 feet of workspace around entire structure. 
5. Payment must be ready before crew arrives to prevent any delays for pending installs.

Once you have decided which building to go with,we will send you a Purchase Order Form to sign with all details relating your new building. As soon as we receive your signed copy we will contact you to collect you r deposit. When your deposit is made, our turnaround time begins. Once your deposit is made your order becomes reality. Our manufacturing team will make sure to create your building just like you imagined it. 

- Be sure to have all utility lines marked.

- Be sure to have the site clear of any obstacles, build over fees may apply if needed.

- If applies, site inspection must be complete before installation.

- Lift (telehandler) must be on site day of installation. 

- Driveway must be wide enough for truck entry. Our truck average 70' with trailer attached. 

Once we are near the installation date we will contacting you for scheduling. Typically 1 to 2 weeks from day of install. 

The day of installation our crew will be arriving to site ready to go! A two car garage typically takes anywhere between 6 to 8 hours. Our members move fast and effective. No mess left behind. 

Once your brand new building has been completed, our buildings come with a 1-year Workmanship Warranty. A 10-year Metal Panel Warranty plus a 20-Year Metal Frame Warranty from rust-through. 

Be sure to keep your building clear from any stall debris that could potentially cause erosion.

We can install on most foundations such as ground, packed gravel, asphalt, but we prefer concrete all day. 

Key points about concrete for metal buildings:

Slab thickness: Minimum 4 inches, with heavier applications requiring 5-6 inches. 

Concrete strength: 2500 PSI minimum. 

Reinforcement: Rebar (typically #3) on 24" centers or fiber mesh added at the batch plant. 

Perimeter footings: Should be at least 12 inches wide and 12 inches deep, poured simultaneously with the slab. 

Expansion joints: Saw-cut expansion joints in the slab after pouring to prevent cracking. 

Factors to consider when designing your concrete slab:

Soil conditions: If you have expansive soil, additional reinforcement might be needed. 

Building size and weight: Larger and heavier buildings will require a thicker slab and stronger concrete. 

Local building codes: Always check your local regulations for specific concrete requirements. 

1 Year Workmanship Warranty: Covers any issues that may have occurred during installation. Unauthorized modifications will void warranties.

10 Year Metal Panel Warranty: If metal panels begin to chip or rust-through begins to occur. We replace the damaged panels. 

20 Year Metal Frame Warranty:  If the framing begins to rust-through, we will make sure to replace any damaged goods.
